Section 17

SEC. 17. The requirements provided in this Decree as may prove adverse to the present faculty and employees of the Visayas Agricultural College who may be absorbed by the Visayas State College of Agriculture shall not apply to them. But future appointees to the said College shall be subject to all the requirements provided in this Decree.
