Applicability of Central Bank foreign exchange regulations.

Section 23

SEC. 23. Applicability of Central Bank foreign exchange regulations. — The guarantee operations and all other transactions of the Corporation involving foreign exchange shall be subject to the applicable foreign exchange regulations of the Central Bank.
