Section 10

SEC. 10. Section 15 of the same Act is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 15. Board of Directors Composition. — The corporate powers of the Authority shall be vested in and exercised by a Board of Directors hereinafter referred to as the Board which shall be composed of seven members appointed by the President. The President shall designate from among the members of the Board its Chairman: Provided, however, That the President may, in the interest of the service, designate the General Manager as Acting Chairman of the Board.
