Regional Advisory Council on Youth Development.

Section 12

SEC. 12. Regional Advisory Council on Youth Development. — There may be Regional Advisory Council on Youth Development in each region composed of three representatives of local youth organizations and two representatives of local civic organizations appointed by the Secretary for a term of four years. The Secretary shall appoint a chairman from among them. The regional council shall serve as advisory body to the Regional Director.
