Section 311

SEC. 311. Upon application and payment of the corresponding fee hereinafter prescribed, a person may, if found competent and qualified, be issued a license to act as reinsurance broker by the Commissioner. No such license shall be valid, however, after the thirtieth day of June of the year following its issuance. Renewal license may be issued upon request of the reinsurance broker himself.
