Administrator — Qualifications.

Section 11

SEC. 11. Administrator — Qualifications. — There shall be an Administrator who shall be a citizen of the Philippines with demonstrated executive competence and experience in the field of public administration, public infrastructure management or the management of industrial or commercial enterprises. Notwithstanding the foregoing and the other provisions of this Section, the management of the Authority may by Board Resolution contract the services of a firm of professional managers to manage the affairs of the Authority.
