Quorum Board Meetings.

Section 19

SEC. 19. Quorum Board Meetings. — Three members of the Board in office shall constitute a quorum to transact business of the Authority. The Board shall meet at least once every month or more frequently as may be necessary to perform its duties, and shall be convoked by the chairman or upon written request signed by at least three of the members.
