Auditing Requirements.

Section 28

SEC. 28. Auditing Requirements. — The Auditor General shall appoint a representative, with the necessary personnel, who shall be the Auditor of the Authority. The number of positions and the salaries of such Auditor and personnel under him shall be determined by the Auditor General, subject to the concurrence of the Board. In case of disagreement, the matter shall be submitted to the President of the Philippines for resolution. The salaries and all other expenses in maintaining the Auditor's office shall be borne by the Authority.
