SEC. 4. Violation by any person of the floor price policy fixed by the Board or of any implementing rules and/or regulations issued thereunder shall be sufficient ground for the cancellation or revocation of his or its permit to trade, and shall be punishable with a fine of not more than P2,000 or imprisonment of not more than one year or both at the discretion of the court. If the violation is committed by a corporation or association, the penalty shall be imposed upon the president, director or directors, manager, managing partner, or other officials thereof responsible for such violation. Any alien violating or responsible for the violation of this Decree or its implementing rules and regulations shall, upon completion of the service of sentence, be deported without any further proceeding on the part of the Deportation Board. Any government official or employee who aids, abets and connives with any person in violating this Decree or its implementing rules and regulations, shall, in addition to the penalty which may be imposed upon him as a principal, be perpetually disqualified from holding any public office.
