Section 2

SEC. 2. The second paragraph of Section 10 of the same decree, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: "The Bureau shall be headed by a Director assisted by an Assistant Director. It shall be composed of the following divisions: (a) Design Division, (b) Construction Division, (c) Soils and Materials Division, (d) Maintenance Division and (e) Administrative Division."
