Section 12
SEC. 12. Section eighteen of Republic Act Numbered Thirteen hundred, as amended, is further amended to read as follows: “SEC. 18. Loans to officers, directors and employees prohibited. — The National Bank shall not directly or indirectly grant loans to any director, officer, employee or agent of the Bank and no loan shall be granted to a corporation, partnership or company wherein any member of the Board of Directors is a shareholder, agent or employee in any manner.”
