Section 30

SEC. 30. Repealing Clause. — The provisions of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-four hundred ninety and all other acts, executive orders, proclamations, administrative orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree are either repealed or modified accordingly.
