SEC. 2. The lands hereinabove described and delineated shall be surveyed by the Bureau of Lands to ascertain their accurate location boundaries and areas and whether in fact the same are reclaimed areas and covered by foreshore leases. Thereafter the reclaimed lands so verified shall be conveyed in absolute ownership to the National Development Company for the nominal sum of One Peso (P1.00) for each parcel of land conveyed under the proper Register of Deeds shall register the same and issue the corresponding certificate of title to the National Development Company.
