Section 9, paragraph 7 of Republic Act 6040 amending Section 23 of Republic Act 2260, insofar as the teacher examinations are concerned and all provisions of other Acts and Decrees inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree are hereby repealed. Done in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-five. (Sgd.) FERDINAND E.
