Rules and Regulations of the Board of Accountancy.

Section 16

SEC. 16. Rules and Regulations of the Board of Accountancy. - Subject to the approval of the Professional Regulation Commission, the Board of Accountancy shall promulgate rules and regulations and set professional standards for the practice of accountancy. Such rules shall include a code of professional ethics and security measures to protect the secrecy and integrity of the examinations. III - Administrative Proceedings, Penal and Other Provisions
