Repealing Clause.

Section 28

SEC. 28. Repealing Clause. - Republic Act No. 5166 is hereby repealed and all laws, executive ordes, administrative orders, rules and regulations, or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree are also hereby repealed and modified accordingly.
