Section 30

SECTION 30. Prohibited Interest or Fees With Reference to Obtaining Loans. - A director, officer, employee, or agent of the Bank shall not directly or indirectly nave any pecuniary interest in any loan from the Bank. Neither shall he charge, exact, demand or receive any fee, charge or commission in any form for his service or the use of his influence in obtaining a loan. Any violation of this Section shall be punished as hereinafter established in Section 37 of this Decree. NET PROFITS
