SEC. 6. Section eleven of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 11. Attendance of the Senior Deputy-Governor and the Deputy-Governor for Economic Research. — The Senior Deputy-Governor of the Central Bank and the Deputy-Governor for Economic Research shall attend the meetings of the Monetary Board with the right to be heard but not to vote."
