Fund Releases.

Section 14

SEC. 14. Fund Releases.—Releases of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development Loan Fund and the Philippine Government Counterpart Fund for the Project shall be made by the Budget Commission directly to the parties concerned in accordance with existing laws, rules and regulations on fund releases.
