Section 13

SEC. 13. Regional Offices.—Each regional office of the Commission shall exercise the following authority: Enforce Civil Service Law and Rules in connection with personnel actions of national and local government agencies within the region, and the conduct of public officers and employees; Conduct recruitment and examination for government-wide positions in the region; Provide technical advice and assistance to public agencies within the region regarding personnel administration; and Perform such other functions as may be assigned to it by the Commission.
