Effectivity.

Section 61

SEC. 61. Effectivity.—This Decree shall form part of the law of the land and shall take effect immediately. Done in the City of Manila, this 6th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-five. (Sgd.) FERDINAND E.
