Section 20

SEC. 20. Section 29 of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 29. Compensation. The General Manager shall receive a compensation of at least Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos (P36,000.00) per annum which shall be charged against the annual appropriation of the Authority for operating expenses. The Board of Directors may provide per diems and allowances for the General Manager."
