Section 30

SEC. 30. Repealing Clause. All laws, decrees, orders and rules which are contrary to or inconsistent with this Decree are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. This Decree shall take effect upon its approval. Done in the City of Manila, this 17th day of October in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-five. (Sgd.) FERDINAND E.
