Section 9

SEC. 9. The sum of P2,000,000.00 or so much thereof as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Decree is hereby appropriated for expenditure. The appropriations for the succeeding fiscal years shall be included in the Annual General Appropriations Decree.
