Section 41
SEC. 41. Repeal—All laws, decrees, Letters of Instructions, orders, rules and regulations, policies, programs or parts thereof inconsistent with or contrary to any of the provisions of this Decree are hereby repealed or modified, including but not limited to the following: R.A. No. 4567 creating the San Fernando Port Authority and R.A. No. 4663 as amended by R.A. No. 6086 creating the Cagayan de Oro Port Authority. Sections 26 and .27 of Presidential Decree No. 458. Act No. 3592 as amended, creating the Port Work Fund. Presidential Decree No. 505.
