SEC. 6. Prohibited acts and penalties.— Prohibited acts.—The following acts and the causing thereof are prohibited: The introduction or delivery for introduction into commerce of any misbranded hazardous substance or banned hazardous substance. The alteration, mutilation, destruction, obliteration, or removal of the whole or any part of the label of a misbranded hazardous substance or banned hazardous substance, if such act is done while the substance is in commerce or while the substance is held for sale (whether or not it is the first sale) The receipt in commerce of any misbranded hazardous substance or banned hazardous substance and the delivery or proffered delivery thereof at cost or other wise.
