Section 29

SEC. 29. REPEALING CLAUSE. All laws, proclamations, orders, decrees, instructions, rules and regulations or parts thereof, which are or may be inconsistent or in conflict with any of the provisions of this Decree are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
