Section 6

SEC. 6. The first paragraph of Section 7 of the same Act is hereby further amended to read as follows: "The Management of the Corporation shall be vested in the General Manager, assisted by such number of Assistant General Managers, officials, officers and employees as may be deemed necessary by the Board of Directors of the Corporation to meet the management and technical manpower requirements of its expanding power development projects, which reorganization shall be subject to the approval of the President."
