Preamble
WHEREAS, the Calamity Fund appropriated in Presidential Decrees No. 733 and 904 for the rehabilitation in the aftermath of typhoon "Didang" has been found insufficient; WHEREAS, savings in the program of expenditure in the Fiscal Year 1976 budget are being generated for the purpose of funding the rehabilitation requirements of typhoon "Didang;" WHEREAS, careful evaluation and screening of rehabilitation projects will necessarily extend beyond June 30, 1976, the date on which unobligated budgetary savings revert to the General Fund; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order and decree:
