Section 11

SEC. 11. Rules and Regulations.—The Director General of the Integrated National Police and the Chairman of the National Police Commission shall, with the approval of the Secretary of National Defense, promulgate the rules and regulations for the effective implementation of provisions of this Decree except as provided in Section 9 above.
