Section 5

SEC. 5. The Position Classification System. — The Posi tion Classification System shall consist of (a) the occupa tional groups and classes which may be defined in the class specifications to which the positions are to be allocat ed or reallocated, and (b) the rules and regulations for its implementation and administration.
