Repealing and Separability Clauses.

Section 23

SEC. 23. Repealing and Separability Clauses. —Any and all laws, decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with this Decree are hereby repealed and/or modified accordingly. If for any reason, any section or provision of this Decree is declared to be unconstitutional or invalid, the other sections or provisions thereof which are not affected thereby, shall continue in full force and effect.
