SECTION 1. Thirty days after the Secretary of Labor has promulgated the implementing rules and regulations, the minimum compensation for household and domestic helpers shall be at the rate of not less than: Sixty pesos a month for house helpers in Manila, Quezon City, Pasay City and Caloocan City, and the municipalities of Makati, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Malabon, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Pasig and Marikina, in the Province of Rizal. Forty-five pesos a month for house helpers in the other chartered cities and first class municipalities. Thirty pesos a month for house helpers in other municipalities.
