Barangay Referendum Committee.

Section 10

SEC. 10. Barangay Referendum Committee. — There shall be a barangay referendum committee for every barangay to be appointed under the guidance of the Department of Local Government and Community Development. The barangay referendum committee shall conduct the voting and count the votes cast in the barangay subject to the supervision and control of the Commission on Elections.
