Section 1

SECTION 1. Establishment of a National Special High School. — There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, a national special high school in Barangay Tamarindo, Municipality of Ahneria, Province of Biliran to be known as Western Biliran High School for the Arts and Culture.
