Section 1

SECTION 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. — The Sta. Cruz National High School — Bato Annex in Barangay Bato, Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur is hereby separated from the Sta. Cruz National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Bato National High School.
