Section 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. — The Siayan National High School — Mangilay Annex in Barangay Mangilay, Municipality of Siayan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte is hereby separated from the Siayan National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Mangilay National High School.
