National Executive Committee.

Section 8

SEC. 8. National Executive Committee. — There shall be a National Executive Committee which shall be responsible for implementing the policies and decisions of the National Council and the Central Board. The National Executive Committee shall be composed of all the officers and chairpersons of standing committees, as defined in the bylaws.
