SEC. 12. All provisions in Republic Act No. 9490 pertaining to the Aurora Special Economic Zone shall be amended to refer to the APECO. In addition, all provisions in Republic Act No. 9490 pertaining to the Aurora Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) shall be amended to refer to the APECO.
