Section 1

SECTION 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. — The Zamboanga del Sur National High School — Sta. Lucia Annex in Barangay Sta. Lucia, City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby separated from the Zamboanga del Sur National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Sta. Lucia National High School.
