Qualifications of Members of the Management Committee.

Section 38

SEC. 38. Qualifications of Members of the Management Committee. — The qualifications and disqualification’s of the members of the management committee shall be set forth in the procedural rules, taking into consideration the nature of the business of the debtor and the need to protect the interest of all stakeholders concerned.
