Use or Disposition of Assets.

Section 48

SEC. 48. Use or Disposition of Assets. — Except as otherwise provided herein, no funds or property of the debtor shall he used or disposed of except in the ordinary course of business of the debtor, or unless necessary to finance the administrative expenses of the rehabilitation proceedings.
