Section 48

SEC. 48. The City Schools Division.—(a) There shall be established and maintained by the Department of Education (DepED), a city schools division in the City of Cabuyao whose area of jurisdiction will cover all the school districts within the City. (b) The city schools division shall be headed by a city schools division superintendent who must possess the necessary qualifications required by the DepED.
