Appropriations.

Section 21

SEC. 21. Appropriations. – The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Negros State College of Agriculture, except the sums needed to continue the operation of the existing high school. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continued operation and maintenance of the Central Philippines State University shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
