Conversion.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Conversion. – The Catanduanes State Colleges (CSC) in the Province of Catanduanes, composed of CSC – Virac Campus in the Municipality of Virac and CSC – Panganiban Campus in the Municipality of Panganiban, both located in the Province of Catanduanes, is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Catanduanes State University, hereinafter referred to as the University. The main campus of the University shall be in Virac, Catanduanes.
