Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Section 10

SEC. 10. Implementing Rules and Regulations. – Within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act, the Secretary of Science and Technology shall in coordination with the NDRRMC, issue the implementing rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
