Refusal to Register.
Section 21
SEC. 21. Refusal to Register. – The Board shall not register any successful applicant for registration who has been: (a) Convicted of an offense involving moral turpitude by a court of competent jurisdiction; (b) Who has been found guilty of immoral or dishonorable conduct by the Board; (c) Adjudged guilty for violation of the General Instructions to Examinees by the Board; and/or (d) Declared of unsound mind by a court of competent jurisdiction. In refusing such registration, the Board shall give the applicant a written statement setting forth the reasons therefore and shall file a copy thereof in its records.
