Section 42

SEC. 42. Effectivity. – This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette or m at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation in the country. JUAN PONCE ENRILE President of the Senate This This Act which is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 3139 and House Bill No. 4323 was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on September 10, 2012 and September 18, 2012, respectively. Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 17, 2012 and August 6, 2012, respectively. (Sgd.) MARILYN B.
