SECTION 1. The 19.550-kilometer Tarlac City – San Jose via Tibag – Burgos Road in the City of Tarlac and the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Tarlac is hereby converted into a national road under the jurisdiction and supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways.
