Section 17

SEC. 17. Section 23 of Republic Act No. 7306 is hereby amended to read as follows: “SEC. 23. Salary Scale for Officials and Employees. – Pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 10149, the GCG shall develop a compensation and position classification system which shall apply to all officers and employees of the Network subject to the approval of the President of the Philippines.”
